He doesn't sound like a politician, which is of course a positive, but he is too naive. Just because HE can be trusted to be socially responsible, he thinks that the rest of society can as well and that is just not true. A society needs some limits. At one end is totalitarianism, at the other is anarchy. Libertarianism is closer to anarchy. The best place is in the very middle. Moderate control. Permissiveness with regulation.

He is not strong enough as a leader. I want Pat Buchanan back as the voice of the Republican Party. Unfortunately he is too old to run again-- and most people now consider him a racist because of all his opinions on affirmative action. And plus his White seperatist books.
